The information collected depends on which bot and features you use.

Discord Information

When necessary for a feature to function, our bots may process information provided through Discord, including:

• Discord User ID
• Discord username or display name
• Discord Server/Guild ID
• Discord Channel ID
• Discord Role IDs
• Discord Message IDs
• Discord interaction and command information
• Server configuration information
• Relevant timestamps

We primarily use Discord IDs because they allow our systems to identify users, servers, channels, and roles without requiring additional personal information.

Information You Submit

When you intentionally interact with features such as tickets, applications, reports, appeals, giveaways, forms, or evidence submissions, we may process information you provide, including:

• Answers submitted through forms

Nylzxs Bots do not automatically store every message sent within every Discord server simply because the bot is present.

• Logging features enabled by server administrators
• Other features where message content is necessary for the requested functionality

The exact information processed depends on the bot’s configuration and the features being used.

Information collected through Nylzxs Bots may be used to:

We do not use information collected through our bots to secretly monitor users outside the functionality described in this policy.

We do not sell personal information collected through Nylzxs Bots.

Information may be accessible to authorized Nylzxs staff when necessary to handle support requests, review tickets, investigate reports, review evidence, moderate our community, diagnose technical issues, or protect our services.

Information may also be processed by service providers necessary to operate our infrastructure, such as hosting, database, security, or platform providers.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, a valid legal request, prevent fraud or abuse, protect users, or defend the security and integrity of our services.

Information may be stored in databases or hosting infrastructure used to operate Nylzxs Bots.

We take reasonable measures designed to protect stored information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no online system can guarantee absolute security.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including operating our bots, maintaining community records, handling moderation or support matters, preventing abuse, and complying with applicable obligations.

Different categories of information may have different retention periods.

Information that is no longer reasonably necessary may be deleted, anonymized, or automatically removed according to our system configuration.

Information submitted through ticket, report, appeal, or moderation systems may be retained after the ticket or interaction is closed.

This allows us to maintain support history, prevent repeated abuse, review staff actions, handle future appeals, investigate disputes, and enforce community rules.

Access to these records is intended to be limited to staff or systems that require the information for legitimate operational purposes.

When a Discord server adds a Nylzxs Bot, the bot may store configuration information needed to remember how the server has configured its features.

This may include:

• Server ID
• Channel IDs
• Role IDs
• Command settings
• Feature settings
• Permission configurations
• Other bot-specific settings

Some configuration information may remain temporarily after a bot is removed for backup, security, or restoration purposes before being deleted.

Users may request information about data associated with their Discord account or request deletion of eligible stored information.

Requests may be submitted through the official Nylzxs Discord support system or by emailing nylzxsbusiness@gmail.com.

When submitting a data request, users should include their Discord User ID so we can identify the relevant information.

For security purposes, we may require reasonable verification that the requester controls the Discord account associated with the requested information.

Certain information may need to be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, moderation records, or legal obligations.

Discord server owners and administrators may configure certain Nylzxs Bot features.

When a server administrator enables features such as logging, tickets, moderation, or staff tracking, information processed through those features may also be accessible to authorized members of that Discord server.

Nylzxs cannot control how independent Discord server administrators use information they lawfully receive outside of Nylzxs-operated systems.

Nylzxs Bots are intended only for individuals who are permitted to use Discord under Discord’s applicable age requirements.

Users who are not old enough to use Discord in their jurisdiction should not use Nylzxs Bots.

Our Services operate through Discord and may rely on other service providers for hosting, databases, infrastructure, security, or related functionality.

Use of those services may also be governed by their respective privacy policies.

Nylzxs is not responsible for Discord’s independent collection or processing of information.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information used by our Services.

These measures may include:

• Limiting database access.
• Restricting administrative permissions.
• Protecting bot credentials and authentication tokens.
• Maintaining access controls.
• Monitoring for abuse or unauthorized activity.

Despite these efforts, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our bots, features, infrastructure, or legal obligations change.

The current version will be published on the Nylzxs website.

The effective date at the top of this policy will be updated when material revisions are made.
