Nylzxs Bots — Terms of Service

Nylzxs may operate multiple Discord bots and applications that provide features including, but not limited to:

• Ticket and support systems
• Moderation tools
• Staff management systems
• Server management tools
• Leaderboards and statistics
• Rewards and point systems
• Giveaways and raffles
• Applications and forms
• Evidence and report submissions
• Rust Console Edition server integrations
• Notifications and automated messages
• Community utilities
• Administrative tools
• Other features added in the future

Not every bot provides every feature listed above.

We may add, modify, limit, temporarily disable, or remove features at any time.

You may only use Nylzxs Bots if you are permitted to use Discord under Discord’s Terms of Service and applicable age requirements.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Nylzxs Bots complies with all laws and rules that apply to you.

Nylzxs Bots operate through the Discord platform.

Your use of our bots is also subject to Discord’s:

• Terms of Service
• Community Guidelines
• Developer policies and platform requirements where applicable

Nylzxs is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by Discord Inc.

Discord outages, API changes, account restrictions, or platform changes may affect our bots without prior notice.

You agree to use Nylzxs Bots responsibly.

You may not:

• Abuse, exploit, attack, or intentionally disrupt a bot.
• Spam commands, buttons, forms, tickets, or interactions.
• Intentionally create excessive load on our systems.
• Attempt to bypass bot permissions or restrictions.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to administrative features.
• Attempt to access our databases, hosting systems, source code, credentials, authentication tokens, or API keys without authorization.
• Exploit bugs or unintended behavior for personal benefit.
• Submit malicious files, malware, harmful links, or intentionally deceptive content.
• Use our bots to harass, threaten, scam, defraud, or impersonate others.
• Intentionally submit false reports, fabricated evidence, or fraudulent information.
• Circumvent bans, restrictions, cooldowns, or enforcement measures.
• Reverse engineer or interfere with our services where prohibited by applicable law.
• Use our bots for illegal activity.
• Use our bots in violation of Discord’s applicable rules.

If you discover a vulnerability, exploit, bug, or unintended behavior, you should report it to Nylzxs rather than abuse it.

Knowingly exploiting a vulnerability may result in:

• Loss of access to Nylzxs Bots
• Removal from Nylzxs communities
• Removal of rewards or benefits obtained through the exploit
• Additional enforcement where appropriate

Some Nylzxs Bots may automatically perform actions based on:

• Commands
• Button interactions
• Forms
• Server configurations
• User roles
• Automated triggers
• Stored settings
• Staff actions

You understand that automated systems can occasionally make mistakes or experience technical problems.

Where appropriate, users may contact Nylzxs staff to report incorrect bot behavior.

If you add or configure a Nylzxs Bot in a Discord server, you represent that you have permission to do so.

Server owners and administrators are responsible for:

• Assigning appropriate permissions.
• Configuring bot features correctly.
• Restricting sensitive commands to authorized users.
• Managing staff access.
• Following Discord’s requirements.
• Informing their members about relevant bot functionality where appropriate.

Nylzxs is not responsible for misuse by server administrators who intentionally grant access or permissions to unauthorized users.

Some bots may allow users to submit:

• Support tickets
• Reports
• Appeals
• Staff applications
• Forms
• Screenshots
• Videos
• Attachments
• Links
• Messages
• Evidence
• Other submissions

You are responsible for the content you submit.

You may not knowingly submit:

• Fabricated evidence
• Fraudulent information
• Malware
• Stolen content
• Content you do not have permission to share
• Material intended to harm another user or our services

Information submitted through these systems may be reviewed by authorized Nylzxs staff.

Nylzxs Bots may assist staff with moderation and enforcement.

This may include systems involving:

• Warnings
• Tickets
• Reports
• Staff records
• User history
• Server actions
• Automated restrictions
• Evidence tracking
• Appeals
• Other moderation-related features

Use of a bot does not guarantee any particular outcome regarding a ticket, report, appeal, moderation decision, reward, or staff decision.

Final decisions regarding Nylzxs-operated communities may be made by authorized Nylzxs staff.

Some Nylzxs Bots may provide virtual points, rewards, leaderboard positions, entries, giveaways, raffles, store-related benefits, or community rewards.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Virtual points have no cash value.
• Virtual rewards are not legal currency.
• Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Rewards may be subject to additional eligibility requirements.
• Fraudulent or exploit-based rewards may be removed.
• Rewards may be changed or discontinued.
• Mistaken bot distributions may be corrected.

Nylzxs reserves the right to disqualify users who manipulate, exploit, automate, or fraudulently interact with reward systems.

Nylzxs Bots may process or store information necessary to provide their functionality.

This may include Discord identifiers, server information, commands, tickets, submissions, settings, moderation records, and other relevant information.

You retain ownership of content you submit through our bots.

By submitting content through a Nylzxs Bot, you give Nylzxs permission to process, store, display, reproduce, and share that content as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide the requested feature.
• Handle tickets or reports.
• Review evidence.
• Perform moderation.
• Investigate abuse.
• Maintain records.
• Provide support.
• Protect Nylzxs and its users.

This permission is limited to purposes reasonably connected to operating and protecting our services.

We do not guarantee that Nylzxs Bots will be available at all times.

Services may experience interruptions caused by:

• Maintenance
• Updates
• Bugs
• Hosting problems
• Discord outages
• API failures
• Database issues
• Security incidents
• Internet disruptions
• Third-party providers
• Other technical problems

We may temporarily disable a bot or feature when necessary.

Nylzxs Bots are continuously developed.

We may:

• Add new commands.
• Remove commands.
• Redesign systems.
• Change permissions.
• Change cooldowns.
• Modify reward systems.
• Update integrations.
• Change how features operate.
• Retire entire bots.

We are not required to permanently maintain any particular feature.

We may restrict or terminate your access to Nylzxs Bots if we reasonably believe that you:

• Violated these Terms.
• Violated Discord’s rules.
• Abused a bot.
• Exploited a vulnerability.
• Attempted unauthorized access.
• Created a security risk.
• Engaged in fraud.
• Harassed users or staff through our systems.
• Significantly interfered with our services.
• Used our services for unlawful purposes.

Depending on the circumstances, restrictions may apply to an individual user, Discord account, Discord server, or other associated account.

Nylzxs Bots may depend on third-party providers such as:

• Discord
• Hosting providers
• Database providers
• API providers
• Website services
• Payment or store integrations
• Analytics or security providers

We are not responsible for outages, changes, or failures caused solely by third-party platforms outside of our reasonable control.

Although we may maintain backups or records, we do not guarantee permanent preservation of:

• Tickets
• Logs
• Statistics
• Leaderboards
• Configurations
• Attachments
• Messages
• Rewards
• User submissions
• Other bot data

Users should maintain their own copies of important information where appropriate.

To the extent permitted by law, Nylzxs Bots are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that our bots will:

• Always operate without interruption.
• Always be error-free.
• Always produce accurate results.
• Be compatible with every Discord server configuration.
• Meet every user’s expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nylzxs and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from:

• Use of a Nylzxs Bot.
• Inability to use a Nylzxs Bot.
• Temporary outages.
• Loss of bot data.
• Incorrect automated actions.
• Third-party service failures.
• Unauthorized misuse by another user.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that you are responsible for claims, losses, or damages resulting from your intentional misuse of Nylzxs Bots, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person’s rights.

We may update these Terms when our bots, services, policies, or legal obligations change.

The latest version will be published on the official Nylzxs website.

The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when significant revisions are made.

Your continued use of Nylzxs Bots after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by law.
