These rules apply to every purchase made through the NYLZXS Store. Purchasing a product confirms that you accept them.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final once the purchased goods have been delivered. Refunds are only issued at the sole discretion of NYLZXS.
Purchases by Minors
NYLZXS is not responsible for purchases made by minors without permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Server Rules Still Apply
Purchasing an item, kit, subscription, or other benefit does not grant permission to break NYLZXS server or community rules.
Fraud and Scams
Any attempt to scam, defraud, exploit, or reverse a legitimate purchase may result in a permanent ban from NYLZXS services.
Kit Changes
NYLZXS reserves the right to edit, rebalance, replace, or discontinue kits when necessary to protect server balance and operations.
Lifetime Products
Lifetime kits and benefits remain available for the operational lifetime of the applicable NYLZXS server or network service.
Cross-Server Access
Kits marked as universal work across all eligible NYLZXS servers. Product-specific restrictions shown at checkout still apply.
